Adoption score

Agentiquette's log-scaled, 5%-capped measure of community traction (stars, forks, dependents). Deliberately the weakest input to overall ratings, because popularity measures marketing, not reliability.

The cap is the methodology's central design decision. Log scaling makes 50k versus 5k stars a small difference; the 5% weight cap means adoption can never rescue a low-reliability entry; exclusion from tier gates means no tier is purchasable with popularity.

Example

A 19-star enterprise skill set outranking a 188k-star instruction file on overall quality, as the methodology intends.
