Loop reliability
The quality of a loop pattern measured on five axes: completion rate, verification quality, recoverability, observability, and boundedness.
The five axes are diagnostic, not just evaluative: a loop failing on boundedness runs away; failing on observability, it cannot be debugged; failing on verification quality, it completes confidently and wrongly. Agentiquette's Loop Reliability Model applies these axes to every indexed loop pattern.
Example
Plan-execute-verify scores high on verification quality and boundedness, at a latency cost.
