Reviewer loop
A loop pattern in which work passes through a fresh-context review against a written rubric before acceptance, with findings routed back for bounded rounds of fixes.
Fresh context is the mechanism: a reviewer sharing the producer's reasoning inherits its blind spots. Rubrics keep findings falsifiable; iteration bounds keep the loop from ping-ponging.
Example
A code-review skill run in a separate session over the diff, findings resolved, one re-review pass.
