Fresh-context review
Review performed by an agent (or session) that has not seen the producer's reasoning, so it cannot inherit the misunderstandings that produced the errors.
The mechanism behind reviewer loops and review subagents: self-review runs on the same blind spots that made the mistake. Fresh context is the cheapest form of independence available inside a single toolchain.
Example
A review subagent reading only the diff and requirements, not the conversation that produced them.
